JSC VNIIRA offers the whole range of services on planning and implementing projects of any level of complexity:

1. technical audit, task assignment and concept development; 2. design and survey works:

deployment location survey and equipment location, technical assignment drafting;
survey works;
designing on all stages i.a. design and estimation documentation for fitting airfields, helicopter aerodromes and helicopter decks by flight safety aids (lighting, radiotechnical, meteorological, energy supply, aviation safety);
preparation and approval of design and estimation documentation.

3. Construction and assembly works on projects. 4. Delivery and installation of equipment:

manufacturing and prototype checkout;
certification, manufacturing, integration and delivery of equipment;
equipment and software adaptation to the requirements of customer;
assembly and adjusting of installed equipment;
integration of installed systems and aids into united complex, interfacing with sources and consumers;
complex adjustment, acceptance tests and commissioning of installed equipment;
modernization based on additional customer requirements.

5. Warranty and post warranty service:

SPTA delivery;
service maintenance;
expert opinions;planned and urgent repair of equipment installed in-place and at supplier area.

6. Training of technical, controller and flying personnel.

7. Instruction and guidance development.
