Complexes of air traffic control automatic aids of Integrated Flight Plan Processing system «Sintez-PIVP» is used for equipping consolidated centers/area centers.
It may be delivered separately or together with Sintez ATC AS as the part of ATM system.

«SINTEZ-PIVP» is created on opened modular system base with distributed structure and data processing. It provides the ability to increase the level of automation, efficiency, connection of new data sources, modernization or change of hardware or program module.

The effective support system of planned and aero navigation and reference information circulated in «SINTEZ-PIVP» is implemented by available automatic aids of local and centralized database management.

«SINTEZ-PIVP» No 001 is launched in Khabarovsk consolidated centre of Unified ATM system.

PURPOSE

  • «SINTEZ-PIVP» provides complex unified civil-military planning and function automatization of:
  • Strategic, pre-tactical and tactical planning of air space use (ASU);
  • Air traffic flow management (ATFM);
  • Interactions on planned, aero navigation and reference information with subsequent ACC (RACC), ACP, LCC (RLCC), ACT, CP of state and experimental aviation aerodromes as well as air defense centers.

ADVANTAGES OF «SINTEZ-PIVP»

1.1. Effective support system of planned and aero navigation and reference information circulated in ATM flight plan processing system:

  • Implemented by available automatic aids of local and centralized database management;
  • local – when controller is provided by the complex of automatized functions for data input and data modification, input field control, doubling control and data integrity, selection and printing;
  • centralized – the complex of functions that provide automatized data receiving from MC US ATM Central data bank and data export to interacting elements under control.

1.2. Provision of unified civil-military plan when:

  • all plans of ASU are stored in one data bank;
  • all plans take part in air-traffic intensity;
  • load estimation of air traffic elements under control;
  • available from any working position in system depending on type and access right of controller.

1.3. Assistance to a controller in decision-making to confirm/not to confirm the plan.
An automatic check of all imported ASU plans by the following criteria:

  • Message format;
  • The validity of codification of ATM route titles and points;
  • AP Movement direction compliance;
  • Separation compliance (which includes RVSM);
  • Use compliance of AP (only for internal flights, subject to approval);
  • Compliance with modes and restrictions that act on actual day;
  • Rules of procedure compliance of main and alternative airports;
  • Reception allowability of registered types of AC on main and alternative aerodromes.

1.4. Assistance to a controller in developing short-time restrictions and local modes:

  • The ability to enter restriction borders from map with the computer mouse;
  • Scrolling of developed and actual restrictions on map;
  • Creating of standard restriction patterns for local flights, quarry operation and ranges with the further affirming to relevant plans;
  • Automatic calculation of tunnel restrictions along the air traffic route (for example, flight status);
  • Automatic calculation of closed AP sections;
  • Automatic detection of conflicts with other restrictions;
  • Automatic definition of flights subject to developed mode/restriction;

1.5. The possibility to display information of current air situation on the basis of data from ATC system.

1.6. Assistance to a controller in task solving of air traffic management:

  • The analysis of air traffic plans for overload of ATM sectors;
  • Presentation of information on load in graphical and table forms;
  • Generation and distribution of messages on predicted overloads and measures to interacting ATM authorities and operators;
  • Online information distribution to MC on changes in acceptance rate of ATM system elements under control, air space pattern and aerodromes.
  • Providing information to interacting ATM authorities in remote access mode on load of air space patterns and aerodromes.
  • Assistance to a controller in developing and estimation of alternate solutions on overload prevention and airflow regulation.
