02.07.12 - JSC «VNIIRA» obtained SUPPLEMENT №3 to type CERTIFICATE №532
Aerodrome and equipment certification committee of Interstate aviation committee (IAC) issued supplement №3 to certificate №532 dated May 12, 2011 year.
According to obtained supplement the validity of certificate №532 is applied to autonomous monopulse secondary radar with function of enhanced surveillance in mode ADS-B 1090 ES “Aurora” with standard surveillance in mode S.
Mode S MSSR with ADS-B 1090 Function “Aurora” with standard surveillance in mode S is made according to the last digital technologies.
Standard monitoring in mode S (coordinates: downrange, azimuth, barometric altitude, mode code A, aircraft identification, mode address S) was added to 3 MSSR “Aurora” surveillance channels (RBS, ATC, ADS-B 1090ES).
Radar fully complies with ICAO requirements ICAO Annex 10, volume 4 regarding MSSR and DO-260A RTCA the USA – regarding ADS-B 1090 ES.
