JSC «VNIIRA» obtained type certificate №526 for 4-channel ground station ADS-B 1090 ES «NS-1» with 4 sector antenna with increased capacity.
“NS-1” is used for providing:
- surveillance for aircrafts in visible range equipped by automatic dependent surveillance ADS-B 1090 ES
- data surveillance transfer of formed reports based on aircrafts messages to ATC centers including:
- aircraft address;
- location in air and on ground;
- identifying index;
- speed overhead;
- event-based data;
- navigation information validation.
“NS-1А” transfers reports about aircrafts in the format of ASTERIX cat. 21 and 23.
The main characteristics of signals and information exchange by ground station ADS-В 1090 ES “NS-1” meet the requirements of the following documents:
- "ICAO" - Annex 10, volume IV “Range measuring and aircraft (AC) collision avoidance systems”,
- DO-260A.
