20.03.12 - JSC «VNIIRA» presented an automatic ATM system of new generation «Sintez» on international exhibition «ATC Global 2012»
From 6th till 8th March the thousands of ATM specialists met in Amsterdam at the largest industry conference “ATC Global 2012” in order to discuss the advanced technologies and global efforts on airspace modernization.
JSC “VNIIRA” presented the ATC AS “SINTEZ” of new generation.
The functional capabilities implemented in “SINTEZ” make it possible to maximize the efficiency and safety of airspace use subject to the last requirements by international regulatory organizations. ATC AS “Sintez” can be used in ATC systems of separate airports as well as for the whole region or even state.
Aero navigation and other specialists from Austria, Germany, France, Spain, South Korea and others noted the high level of ATC innovative technologies implemented in ATC AS «Sintez». The delegations from CIS, Asia, Africa and South America took a great interest in system developed by VNIIRA.
Since October 2011 the ATC AS “Sintez-R3” has been successfully used in Khabarovsk consolidated centre of unified ATM system of the Russian Federation. The new ATM system will be implemented in Moscow air hub in 2012 year. It bases on ATC AS of a new generation “Sintez-AP4”. ATC AS “Sintez-AP4” will meet the fourth (maximum) level of automation according to EUROCONTROL and make it possible to increase the acceptance rate of Moscow air hub sufficiently.
